Table Disconnection & Network Interruption Policy
Card games require continuous connectivity. To safeguard player investments against accidental network drops, Rummy Try applies structured protections:
- Auto-Play Grace Period: If your mobile connection drops during active play, our automated system holds your position for up to 3 turns in 'Auto-Drop Safe Mode' to minimize point penalties.
- Server-Side Disruption Refunds: In the rare event of unscheduled server maintenance or cloud failure affecting active tables, all ongoing hands are voided immediately, and full contest buy-ins are credited back to participants' wallets within 10 minutes.
Failed Deposit Settlements & Bank Timelines
If funds are debited from your bank account or UPI VPA but fail to reflect in your Rummy Try chip balance within 15 minutes:
- Our automated banking reconciliation system scans pending gateway webhooks every 30 minutes.
- If the transaction is marked failed by the acquiring bank, funds automatically reverse to your originating source within 24 to 48 banking hours.
- If funds are not reconciled within 48 hours, forward your UPI UTR number to rummytry01@gmail.com for immediate priority credit.
