1. User Eligibility & Age Restrictions

Access to real-cash gaming tables on Rummy Try is strictly limited to natural persons who satisfy the following mandatory conditions:

• Must be at least 18 years of age on the date of account registration.
• Must possess a valid Indian Permanent Account Number (PAN) and Indian mobile number.
• Must NOT be a resident of, or accessing the application from, the restricted territories of Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Meghalaya.

2. Anti-Collusion & Fair Play Protocols

Rummy Try enforces an uncompromising stance against unfair advantages. Players agree to refrain from:

• Operating multiple accounts on the same or associated devices.
• Sharing card information through external voice calls, messaging apps, or physical proximity.
• Utilizing automated decision-making bots, artificial intelligence software, or memory interception tools.
• Intentionally losing chips or dumping cards to benefit another participant.

Violations result in permanent account deactivation and forfeiture of illegitimate balances.

3. Financial Deposits, Withdrawals & KYC

All deposited funds must originate from legal banking instruments belonging personally to the registered player. Prior to processing your initial withdrawal exceeding ₹100, mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification of your Government-issued Aadhaar or PAN is required under PMLA guidelines.

4. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings or dispute claims arising from platform operations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
